Public Comments

Section 26 of the Environmental Management Act, Chapter 35:05 (“the Act”) authorizes the Minister of Planning and Development to make rules for the quantity, condition or concentration of pollutants or substances containing pollutants that may be released into the environment, and procedures and standards for the periodic or continual monitoring of pollutant releases into the environment.
Pursuant to section 28 of the Act, the Environmental Management Authority (EMA) has prepared an Administrative Record to assist the public in developing an understanding of the matter submitted for public comment.
