Public Guide for Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Waste
Trinidad and Tobago acceded to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Waste and their Disposal (Basel Convention) in 1994. As the designated Competent Authority, the EMA manages the notification process as defined by the convention. In response to an increase in requests for information on the notification process, the EMA developed a public guide for information dissemination.
