For the past seven years the staff of the Environmental Management Authority (EMA) has been involved in their 'Make a Kid Smile' Christmas Project. This charitable project came about when staff visited schools during the EMA's annual Primary Schools' "Hands-On" Competition and realised that many children lived in very challenging social situations - many of them came to school each day simply to get a meal from the School Feeding Programme.
